ATME - sagt das Pferd. Ich kann nicht - sage ich. STEH AUF - sagt das Pferd. Wo soll ich hin? Frage ich. ZU DIR -
sagt das Pferd. Lasse los und komm in mir zur Ruhe und ATME. FÜHLE die Erde, streck dich zum Himmel,
öffne die Augen und SEI. Lass uns den Weg gemeinsam gehen. Wo
du mutlos bist, trage ich dich. Wo du klein bist, bin ich groß. Erinnere dich wer wir waren und sieh wer wir sind, lass
geschehen wer wir sein werden. „Wo ist der Weg? Ich kann
nichts sehen.“ „WIR GEHEN DOCH SCHON“ - sagt dein
Pferd. In abgeänderter Form von Andrea Schmidig übernommen Wusstest
du, das Spiritualität was ganz natürliches ist? Das
es Spiritualität schon immer gab, so lange Menschen auf diesem
Planeten Erde wandeln? Das die indigenen Völker sie schon seit
Jahrtausenden ganz natürlich in ihr Leben integrieren und
praktizieren? Das
es in den östlichen Ländern ganz natürlich ist und zum Alltag
gehört? Nur
wir Menschen in der so genannten zivilisierten,
leistungsorientierten, westlichen Welt haben all das vergessen und
verlernt und beginnen uns nun schön langsam zu erinnern. Der
Prozess des Erwachens hat begonnen. Und das schöne daran ist, wir
müssen die Spiritualität nicht neu erfinden. Ebenso
wie das Reiten, es war und ist alles schon da. Wusstest
Du, das Pferde hochsensible, empfängliche, spirituell Wesen sind? Das
die Spiritualität von Natur aus in ihnen angelegt ist? Und
wird schon vielfach genutzt in Selbstfindungsseminaren. Dort
werden Pferde sehr erfolgreich als Spiegel, als Vermittler und Medium
eingesetzt. Wier
wäre es, wenn du mit deinem Pferd deine Spiritualität gemeinsam
wiederentdeckst und erlebst - als Reitpferd und als
Reiter? Du
meinst das geht nicht!? Es sei Sport und mit Leistung
verbunden....und, und, und..... oder, oder. Ganz im Gegenteil, die Leistungs- und
Lernbereitschaft der Pferde, das willige Lernen, das Lernverhalten verändert sich ins ultimativ Positive. Die Pferde sind
sehr dankbar und offen für die Spiritualität des Menschen und
reagieren hocherfreut. Denn das ist das, was sie kennen und sehr gut verstehen,
dort fühlen sie sich zuhause, da es ihrer wahren Natur entspricht. Doch
alles beginnt mit Dir und der Arbeit an dir selber. Im Geiste und auf
körperlicher Ebene. Dazu sollte der Geist und der Körper frei
werden von alten Denk- und Verhaltensmustern und Blockaden. So
das zwei Körper in Synchronizität schwingen und wirken können
und gefühlt zu einem Körper werden. In
meinem Kurse „Body – Check“ Teil 1, geht es um die geistig-
körperliche Ebene des Reiters. Es geht darum, wie du die natürliche
Intelligenz und Weisheit deines Körpers zurück gewinnen kannst. Es
geht darum, wie du die Barriere des Verstandes überwindest. Wie du
im fließendem Rhythmus des Pferdes atmest und dich bewegst. Wie du
mit deinem Pferd in Balance der weichen Bewegung bist. Einfach und
frei. Es geht um den WOW – Effekt Den wir uns alle so sehnlich wünschen. Und der ist nicht in Worte zu
fassen, der kann auch nicht gelehrt werden, der kann nur erlebt werden. Weitere
